Initially employed by NHS Estates going on to complete a construction apprenticeship and gain a Higher National Certificate at Rotherham and Doncaster college, Robert has worked throughout the UK on countless assignments.
Finally returning to Rotherham to work within a newly formed Estate Agent and then as a consultant with Allied Surveyors PLC
Robert specialises in the valuation and surveying of commercial and residential properties and is often called upon for general property development, management and construction advice.
Nicholas L Rodgerson

Nick graduated from The College of Estate Management in 1975 working in private practice in Lincolnshire and London before returning to Derbyshire where after a short spell house building he returned to practice with a family firm of Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors. Then employed the with National Corporate Allied Surveyors PLC Nick stayed 12 years specialising residential property, undertaking valuations and surveys for lending purposes to some of the major UK lenders.
